	Mass production type vehicles of EF210 were delivered in 1998. 2 motors are controlled by a traction system together, like the preproduction vehicle. EF210-0 differ from the preproduction locomotive, EF210-901, in having new traction motors, FMT4 rated rated at 565kW. Wheelbase was reduced from 2600mm to 2500mm and bogie types were changed into FD7E/FD8. "ECO-POWER Momo Taro" logos are applied on the side of the vehicles. JR Freight started to repaint EF210-0 locomotives in a new livery similar to that used for EF210-300 locomotives in 2019. All EF210-0 vehicles are allocated at Okayama Depot.
